Please follow the steps below to set-up your new ASUTR student account.

NOTE: Once you submit your application to ASU Three Rivers, and it has been accepted, you should receive an automated email with your account information. However, you will not be able to login to your MyASUTR portal account until the following day. If you have not received your email within 24 hours, please call the ITS Helpdesk at 501.332.0285.

Duo Mobile app

  1. You will need to download Duo Mobile 2-factor authentication app to your mobile device from the Google Play Store or Apple Store. Look for the green icon to the left.

  2. In the upper right corner of this page, click the MyASUTR portal link and sign in with the ASUTR email address and temporary password that was sent to the email address you provided on your application. You will be prompted to update your password.

    For security purposes, use a secure passphrase as seen in the examples below.

    Your passphrase must be at least 8 characters long and contain three of the following four criteria: Uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, symbol. Your passphrase cannot contain any part of your name or common words such as "password" or "letmein".

  3. Upon successful authentication, you will be prompted to finish the set up for Duo. Please follow the instructions on your screen to complete setup. If you need help with Duo, go to the Information Technology page and select Duo Mobile.

  4. Once you are in your MyASUTR portal, you will have access to your various student accounts including:
    Canvas (online course access)
    Student Email
    Course Registration (Register for future semesters)
    Banner Student Self Service (View your personal info, financial aid, grade report, unofficial transcript, register for classes, browse course schedule and Touchnet (view and pay balances online)

Please note, going forward, all electronic communication from the college will come to your secure student email.
